At Think Therapy 1st (TT1st) we offer a dynamic and innovative Occupational Therapy rehabilitation service, throughout the UK, working with clients who have sustained severe and catastrophic injuries post trauma or clinical negligence. With a proven reputation within the medico legal sector TT1st are keen to recruit experienced Occupational Therapists, able to deliver our high quality, functional rehabilitation model. Our team of Specialist Rehabilitation Occupational Therapists (SROTs) work collaboratively with the client to re-engage them with the activities they want and need to do each day, including self-care tasks, leisure, and productivity (work, education, family roles). Through hands-on OT, we deliver excellent client engagement and super outcomes, in a unique and engaging way to make therapy enjoyable for our clients.

Role Description

This is an associate, remote role for an Occupational Therapist. You will be responsible for working with a wide range of clients and providing tailored rehabilitation programs to meet their individual needs. You will be responsible for conducting assessments, creating treatment plans, and providing interventions to help clients meet their goals.

Must Haves

• Minimum of 5 years post OT qualification (or 3 years with additional relevant experience)
• Registered with HCPC
• Minimum of one day per week availability
• Enhanced DBS
• Self employed (employed opportunities in specific geographical areas)

Wonderful but not essential:

Ideally we would love all our applicants to have Trauma, Neuro and Community Rehab experience, but we know that OT skills are transferable so encourage anyone with an interest in these to get in touch.
